Mouzaliotis Containers sells both second-hand and new press containers in a range of sizes and designs, globally.

pressa_01Stationary compactor press is meant to press different types of waste. It reduces the volume of storable waste as well as the transportation costs. Due to compaction rate, which is from 1:3 up to 1:10 depending on the type of waste, the economical efficiency of using the equipment is guaranteed. Stationary compactor system includes the stationary compactor and the replaceable container used to store and hold the pressed quantity of waste.

The compactor enables to load and transport bigger volumes of waste in comparison with the mobile compactor.

Stationary compactor is supposed to operate in any weather condition from -50C to +50C. Low noise level during compaction is provided for all press compactors. To avoid any problems all press compactors are provided with pressure sensors to manage the pressing process. All compactors are fully equipped with high level safety protection such as oil level sensor, time limit sensor and temperature sensor. Pressure and press cycle time can be adjusted. The compactor conforms to the EC machine safety directive ЕС 89/392EEC, 91/368EEC, 93/44EEC, 93/68EEC and provided with CE mark and User’s Manual.

Specifications & advantages:

Tent cover

Closes the filling hole of the backdoor and blocks the waste from falling out during transportation of the container.

Guiding rails

Meant for easy and precise installation of the replaceable container to the compactor.

stationary compactor02

Additional remote control. 75% and 100% full signals.

Additional remote control enables to operate the compactor from any side. Signal 75% and 100% indicate when the compactor shall be emptied.

Fastening device of replaceable container

Allows to lock the replaceable container to the compactor and hold it during the pressing operation.

Locking device

Secure locking device prevents unexpected opening of the compactor.

Sealing of the backdoor

Prevents leakage of liquid waste from compactor. Is useful for pressing

Opening roof

Opening roof enables to open and empty the container in an easy and efficient way.

Waste outcome block

Metal wires or tubes that are put into the pressing channel through the holes in the backdoor, to prevent the waste from falling out during transportation of the container.

Advantages of stationary compactor:

reduction of waste volume to be refused

transportation costs minimization due to waste volume reduction

opportunity to sell some types of waste (old paper, plastic)

reduction of transportation costs due to usage of replaceable container

transportation of bigger volumes at once

Waste to be pressed in the stationary compactor:

wrapping paper, cardboard, waste of print-shops

wrapping film, plastic bottles

organic waste

household and mixed waste

cellulose and other wood waste

different types of waste from factories, stocks, terminals

metal cans (tin, aluminum)

Ways of loading:

Manual loading.

Waste to be loaded manually.

After the chamber is filled, the compactor to be started.

Loading with bins using a bin-lift system.

Compactor is equipped with a special bin-lift system for 240-1100 L containers.

Filled container to be placed on the bin-lift system and emptied into the compactor.

Loading using a forklift.

Waste to be collected in special TIP-containers which are easily emptied into

the compactor with help of a forklift.

Loading through a feeding channel.

If waste appears inside the building the feeding channel is meant to connect

the building with the compactor.

Remote control is inside the building.

Loading with a conveyor.

Waste can be loaded into the compactor with a conveyor.

Conveyor leads waste into the loading chamber or collecting

chamber connected with the compactor by a feeding channel.
